The Women's District is offering all Clubs the opportunity to compete in the prestigious  District Club of the Year award.  2024 Progressive Scores - click here

Club of the Year events are due to commence in March. Information about the 2024 competition is now available - Terms of Competition & Entry Form 2024.  The District Coordinator is Pam Hunt. You can email Pam by clicking  

Eligibility

• Club of the year is for Clubs affiliated with Sunshine Coast & Burnett District Women’s Golf.
• The award for Club of the Year is for the benefit of women and girl members of the winning club.
• To be eligible the women’s committee (or equivalent) shall nominate one monthly event, or two if a both a weekend and weekday event are to be included.
• Events must be single stableford competitions.
• The event/s have to be endorsed by the District.
• Those events will be identified as the endorsed events for the Club of the Year competition.

Duration of the Club of the Year competition

• The competition will run from March through to October in conjunction with the Club's endorsed events.
• During that period Club of the Year events will run concurrently with the competitions nominated by the club and endorsed by the Women's District.
